If you HAVE NOT received the check out link via email, have been unable to open the check out link or are having issues with your payment that is not related directly to your bank and you have not contacted us so far please EMAIL JBREEPA@OUTLOOK.COM BY MIDNIGHT MARCH 19TH EST.

Please do not email us if you have processed your payment, only if you have not completed the check out process at this time. Email responses have been delayed due to people emailing to correct errors made during the check out process.

If you have made contact we will extend the payment period for you, however if you do not email us and we have not received your payment after the initial 5 business days we will put your allocated books back in to stock.

Please triple check your junk folder for confirmation emails and newsletters.

We have seen numerous amounts of people purchasing these books via the link (supplied to them by someone else) who were not registered on the pre order form. THESE PEOPLE WILL BE REFUNDED AND THEIR DETAILS DELETED, as will any duplicate purchases.
